We all have limiting, habitual patterns, often formed in childhood, that we continue to play out in our relationships today. These early strategies created for garnering love and navigating social situations may have been effective in our original family systems but often prove outdated and damaging in our adult relationships.

Group therapy affords the unique opportunity to recreate family dynamics such that these old narratives and habits may be illuminated in a way that they might not be in one-on-one therapy. It is a valuable forum in which to gain insight into your impact on others and to practice new interpersonal behaviors in a safe and structured setting.
