Life can feel like an endless string of responsibilities, demands, and obligations, and the goal of therapy is to mitigate, rather than add to, these stressors. For this reason, virtual therapy is a valuable option for accommodating many different needs and ensuring that therapy remains accessible. If you’re someone with transportation limitations, health concerns, a demanding travel schedule, geographic distance, or a preference for remaining in the comfort of your own home, virtual therapy may be a good fit. Many of my clients have found that it’s helpful to be able to do an virtual session on a particularly chaotic week when rescheduling presents a challenge or when they are feeling under the weather. I’m happy to offer solely virtual sessions or to integrate a blend of in-person and virtual therapy if this feels supportive for you.
